Terms and Conditions

By law Our guys are required a 10 minute (paid) break every 2 1/2 hours and a 30-minute lunch break (unpaid)  And another 30 minutes after 8 hours

This is to be implemented in your move although we will try to avoid breaks and get it done as best as possible. 

If your move goes over eight hours, we do have to charge time and a half. Anything over 12 hours is double time (the customer has a choice to stop at 8 hours and continue the next day or agreed upon day) 

We are not responsible for damage items packed in boxes by the customer. 

Our pricing is not negotiable even if under the rare circumstance that an item or property is damaged. 

We will always compensate our customers. Compensation is always to be determined by the owners of the company. there is absolutely 0 Negotiation between the owners & customers.

we don’t transport propane, flammables or lose items not packed in boxes.

Please make sure your boxes are all properly taped and flat without items sticking out of the top.
